Winemaker Notes: 
“The estate’s cuvée, it represents 50% of our production, a festival of expressions of the Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Counoise grape varieties, it inspires us “a friendship without pretense or disguise”.  The nose is fresh with aromas of plums and cedar. Licorice notes greet the palate with spicy aromas. The finish is fresh and elegant with smooth tannins.” 
Alcohol: 14.5% 
Organic and Demeter certified biodynamic.
