Here, too, the balance of depth and vibrancy makes for an absolutely compelling, delicious wine with enough body to pair well with a wide range of foods at the dinner table.” 

Winemaker Notes: 
“Classic old-world style Chenin with white flowers, white peach, nutmeg and wet stone. Loads of minerality, green papaya, meyer lemon, lean stone fruit and racy acidity.” 
Winemaking:
“Fermented in barrel and stainless steel, then aged on the lees in 100% neutral French oak barrels. and stainless steel.”
