Winemaker Notes: 
“This cuvée is an original blend of five grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier and Arbane) from five different terroirs, all vinified separately. Vinified and aged in 5 oak barrels for 1 year on fine lees in order to respect the fruit of the year and to reveal each vintage as naturally as possible.  A densely fragrant nose reveals a harmonious combination of floral, brioche, white and yellow fruit, citrus, and hints of honey, toast and mushroom from barrel aging. The full, vinous mouthfeel is characterized by ripe fruits and a balanced bitterness. A balanced blend of fruit maturity, indulgence, and mineral freshness.”
