Winemaker Notes:
“100% Chardonnay. Positioned above the renowned Clos de Ambonnay, Le Parc has a unique soil composition with 6 feet of clay atop pure chalk and tufa (limestone) in between. The initial taste is indulgent, featuring ripe orchard fruit notes that harmoniously blend with a solid mineral base, leading to a concentrated center and a lengthy, tantalizing, stony aftertaste. No dosage or sulfur added upon bottling. Disgorged in March 2023.”
