Winemaker Notes:
“Saint-Veran is an appellation within the Maconnais section of Burgundy and is always made from Chardonnay, and so it is always considered a White Burgundy.  D’En Faux is a specific parcel within Saint-Veran and the parcel has long been known for its interesting and expressive wines.  Aromas include green apple, pear, white grapefruit, citrus blossoms, white flowers, and jasmine.  Flavors include white grapefruit, mild lemon, honeydew melon, pear, and green apple.  There is a medium body, perfect balance and acidity, and a refreshing medium finish.”
