“The 2021 Langhe Nebbiolo is another stellar entry-level wine from La Ca’ Nova.  Bright acids and clean mineral notes frame a serious Nebbiolo.  All of this is young vines fruit from Barbaresco-designated parcels in Ovello, and that comes through in the the wine’s linear build and overall energy.  Crushed flowers, red berry fruit, blood orange and white pepper lead into the sculpted finish.”

“An exquisite example of Langhe Nebbiolo that’s on par with Barbarescos at higher price points, thanks to its blend of several vineyard sites that could well stand alone in their own right. Nuanced berry and spice flavors, with semi-sweet floral traces carrying from the bouquet all the way to the finish.”
