“We’ve always been more curious about the more subtle side of skin contact white wines. A more delicate approach to skin fermentation, this carries with it so much more freshness, aromatics that jump out of the glass. Cardamom, orange blossom, a touch of green tea, even some white pepper. Because of its freshness, as with all of our wines, it remains so versatile as a food pair-er from Oysters to Mom’s meatloaf, it’ll bring a whole new dimension to the table and may even impress Mom.”
