Hailing from the prestigious Chablis region in Burgundy, France, this 2022 Chardonnay is crafted by Domaine Guy Robin & Fils, a family-owned estate with deep roots in viticulture. Their vineyards, spanning seven acres of premier cru land adjacent to Chablis’ grand cru sites, boast unique “millefeuille” soils—a layered mix of white clay and fossilized oyster shells that impart a distinct mineral character to the wine.
