Our commitment to natural winemaking shines through: 30% of the grapes underwent whole-cluster fermentation in specialized anaerobic bags. This gentle, innovative technique preserves delicate fruit aromatics and enhances complexity without heavy extraction. After six months of maturation in neutral oak barrels, the wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered, capturing its pure, lively character.
