Grown on just 3 acres of dry-farmed, stake-trained vines at 1,600 feet elevation in nutrient-poor Franciscan Shale soils, these old vines struggle to survive—a challenge that intensifies their character. The result? A wine of profound depth, structure, and minerality, reflecting its mountain-grown origins. Winemaker notes highlight its “true expression of terroir,” with flavors of dark cherry, wild herbs, and a subtle earthiness that lingers long after the last sip.
