“Beau Joie Brut is a unique champagne that sets itself apart with its low dosage approach, ensuring minimal added sugars commonly found in other champagnes. It undergoes a meticulous aging process on lees for at least 4 years. During the disgorgement stage, a tiny amount of dosage is delicately added to each bottle, accentuating the fruit characteristics, and preserving the delightful acidity and citrus notes.”
