Discover this rare small-batch mezcal, distilled from wild Tobalá agave harvested at 2,000 meters in San Andrés Paxtlán. A harmonious hybrid of Agave potatorum and Agave seemanniana, these highland piñas develop complex flavors under Oaxaca’s cool, mineral-rich terroir.

Masterful Production
Mezcalero Gilberto meticulously fermented the agave in sabino wood vats for 8–10 days, then double-distilled the mash in copper pot stills. Only 225 liters were yielded from nearly three tons of wild Tobalá—a testament to its artisanal scarcity. The precise blend of heads, hearts, and tails achieves a balanced 47.1% ABV.
