Jean-Luc Pasquet Organic Grande Champagne Cognac: A Legacy of Craftsmanship

Experience the rich heritage of Jean-Luc Pasquet’s small-batch Cognac, crafted from grapes grown on their 7.5-hectare estate in France’s legendary Grande Champagne region—a terroir renowned for producing some of the world’s finest spirits. This family-owned distillery has been perfecting their craft since 1730, blending tradition with innovation to create an organic Cognac that honors both land and lineage.

In 1995, Jean-Luc and Marie-Françoise Pasquet transitioned to organic farming, achieving “Agriculture Biologique” certification by 1998—a commitment that continues today under their son Jean’s leadership. Each bottle reflects this dedication: aged naturally for three years or more (up to decades), with no chill filtration or added caramel or sugar. The result is a pure expression of its terroir—complex, elegant, and unadorned—capturing the essence of Grande Champagne’s chalky soils and vibrant climate.

This single-vineyard Cognac stands out among others for its meticulous attention to detail and authenticity. At 40% ABV, it offers a smooth yet layered sipping experience ideal for connoisseurs seeking rare, handcrafted spirits.

California Residents Only: Available for pickup at our Santa Rosa store or shipping within California due to state regulations. Note that original packaging may vary on shipped orders—though the quality remains unwaveringly consistent with Pasquet’s centuries-old legacy.

Indulge in a sip of history—where organic practices meet timeless tradition—to savor a Cognac as distinctive as its origins.
