“Nestled in the heart of the Reims Mountain, in the village of Chamery, Champagne Labbé & Fils is produced in a family spirit. There is a slight red tint to the blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay from the 2016 vintage, providing optimal weight and drastic acidity. Red fruits, rose petals and blood orange citrus are broad shouldered, providing the structural support for the seemingly lower than “brut” dosage.”
