Born from Oregon’s cool-climate vineyards (64% Pinot Noir + aromatic whites), this certified organic bubbly combines hand-harvested precision with artisanal techniques. Grapes ferment separately in neutral oak barrels – except a portion co-fermented as red wine for depth – then undergo malolactic fermentation and lees aging to develop creamy texture before being force-carbonated to 4.5 bars pressure.
