Crafted by the esteemed Mia Bea Wines, this 2022 Pinot Noir hails from the picturesque Mendocino region of California, renowned for its ideal grape-growing conditions.

This exceptional wine has garnered numerous prestigious awards, including a Double Gold Medal at the 2024 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, and a Double Gold, Best of Class with 97 Points at the 2021 North of the Gate Wine Competition. It also shone brightly at the 2021 Press Democrat North Coast Wine Challenge and the Sunset Magazine International Wine Competition, earning Gold and 93 Points at both.

Winemaking Process:
The grapes underwent a meticulous winemaking process, starting with destemming directly into a small fermentation tank and a three-day cold soak. Yeast and nutrients were added to ensure a robust fermentation. After 10 days on the skins, the wine was gently pressed and transferred to a blend of 87% neutral French Oak barrels and 13% new, four-year air-seasoned American oak barrels. It aged gracefully for 12 months before bottling.
