Artisan Aging Process:
Aged minimally three years in hand-built Seguin Moreau white oak barrels (Char #3), our Bourbon matures across three unique on-site micro-climates. Varying humidity, temperature, and airflow impart deep complexity. Master Distiller Jordan Via then selects prime batches for a transformative finish in Dave Phinney’s Cabernet Sauvignon barrels—adding lush texture and layered character over two months.
