Winemaking Excellence

• Minimal Intervention: 50% foot-trodden for gentle extraction, unfiltered & unfined for authentic texture
• Natural Fermentation: Fermented in tank, then aged 4 months in neutral French oak with lees stirring
• Pure & Balanced: Dry finish with 100% malolactic fermentation; only 30 ppm SO2 added at bottling
