STELLAR Bourbon is a masterful fusion of seven barrels, aged in new charred American oak from Speyside Cooperage. The blend features 6-year, 7-year, and 8-year straight bourbon whiskeys, distilled from two distinct MGP rye-bourbon mash bills:
– 90% low-rye bourbon (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley) for smoothness.
– 10% high-rye bourbon (60% corn, 36% rye, 4% barley) for bold spice.

A portion of the whiskey undergoes additional aging in five unique finishing casks, enhancing its depth. The final blend yields 288 gallons at 112.86 proof cask strength, rested for two weeks before being cut to 100 proof and bottled unfiltered for maximum flavor integrity.
